1.4 Harley Street Health sells Welleo testing devices, test strips, consumables and associated products to customers in Great Britain.

1.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Harley Street TRT Ltd is the seller and/or distributor of the Products and is not the manufacturer of Welleo Products.

3. IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION

3.1 Welleo Products are intended to provide health-related testing information in accordance with the manufacturer's stated intended purpose.

3.2 The Products are not a substitute for appropriate medical assessment, professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a separate healthcare service, the sale of a Product by Harley Street Health does not constitute the provision of medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3.4 You should not start, stop or alter any prescribed medication, treatment, supplement or healthcare regime solely on the basis of a result obtained using a Product without obtaining appropriate professional medical advice.

3.5 Test results can potentially be affected by factors including:

9.3 We will take reasonable steps to deliver your Products within the period indicated at checkout and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9.4 You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information supplied is complete and accurate.

9.5 Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them.

9.6 Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

10. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

10.1 If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 days after the day on which you receive the Products, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

11.1 Certain Products may be supplied in sealed packaging and may be unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

11.2 Where the statutory health protection or hygiene exception applies, your right to change your mind will cease once you unseal the relevant Product after delivery.

11.3 Depending upon the nature and packaging of the particular Product, this may include certain:

  • test strips;
  • lancets;
  • sample collection equipment;
  • testing consumables; and

12.1 If you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must return the relevant Products within 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel.

12.2 Details of the appropriate returns address and procedure will be provided through our website or customer service team.

12.3 Unless a Product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

12.4 You are responsible for taking reasonable care of Products while they are in your possession.

12.5 We recommend that you use a tracked return service and retain evidence of postage.

12.6 Where a device is eligible for return, you may inspect it only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

12.7 Where permitted by law, we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of a returned Product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the Product in a shop.

13. REFUNDS

13.1 Where you validly exercise your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund payments due to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.

13.2 Where required by law, this will include the standard delivery charge originally paid.

  2. you provide evidence that you have returned them,

whichever occurs first.

13.5 Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed.

14. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
